According to TASS, "Russian Seasons," which started in Brazil in mid-June, continued with ballet. Currently, students from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet are performing in São Paulo. Tomorrow, the acting rector of Vaganova, Nikolai Tsiskaridze, along with Academy teachers, will give a master class to the artists of the ballet company at the Municipal Theatre of Rio de Janeiro.
"The last time Nikolai Tsiskaridze performed in Brazil was as part of the Bolshoi Theatre company 25 years ago, in 1999. Now he is returning to this country in a new capacity," noted the press service of ANO "Russian Seasons." Tsiskaridze stated that they brought a primarily classical program to Brazil. In total, about 50 students from various courses took the stage.
