Wiener Konzerthaus counted 512,000 visitors in the 2023/24 season

Around 512,000 visitors filled the halls of the Wiener Konzerthaus at a total of 817 events, 558 of which were organised by the Wiener Konzerthausgesellschaft alone. Almost 29,000 subscriptions were sold for the 76 cycles of all genres from piano, chamber music to international orchestras, song art, jazz, world, pop, Viennese song, literature and crossover, with 43,500 tickets sold for the particularly popular children's and youth programme from Cinello to Allez hop to sound:chat alone.

Naturally, most of the visitors came from Vienna and the surrounding area, but in total from 95 different countries around the world.

54.9% of the works performed were contemporary music, with 33 world premieres and 61 first performances of works by contemporary composers in the past season.
