German Composers' Union and Universal Edition cooperate in online publishing

Universal Edition and the German Composers' Union (DKV) have launched a new collaboration, offering DKV members discounted access to the scodo publishing tool for publishing their music. Members will also receive training on using scodo and, if accepted by Universal Edition, will have their own landing page on the UE website to showcase their works and enhance visibility in the music scene.

This partnership presents valuable opportunities for collaboration, benefiting both DKV members and Universal Edition. The DKV supports composers of all nationalities in Germany by providing networking, legal advice, and career guidance. Universal Edition enables composers to publish their works professionally, handling production, distribution, licensing, and marketing so they can focus on their music.
